The unanimous adoption of the design manual at the association’s general meeting on 7 July 2026 marks an important milestone for the further development of the Heidelberg-Leimen Economy Park. The manual establishes the design framework for future development and helps to develop the site in the long term as a modern, high-quality and forward-looking business location.
The Design Manual is aimed at investors, architects and businesses. It sets out binding design principles and ensures a harmonious overall appearance for the Economy Park. At the same time, it provides planning certainty and forms the basis for high-quality architectural development.

The next Association Assembly will take place on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. The further development of the Heidelberg-Leimen Economy Park will once again be the focus of discussions at that meeting.
