Budgetary regulations and announcement of the 2026 budgetary regulations of the special-purpose association

The budgetary regulations and their appendices for the 2026 financial year are hereby made public. The budgetary regulations and their appendices, as adopted by the association assembly, were submitted to the legal supervisory authority on 20 November 2025 in accordance with Section 81(2) of the Local Government Act (GemO).

In a letter dated 25 November 2025, the Karlsruhe Regional Council confirmed the legality of the budgetary regulations of the special-purpose association for the 2026 financial year.
The budgetary regulations do not contain any parts that require approval.

The budget is made publicly available on the special-purpose association’s website. It can be accessed via the following link: https://www.economypark.de/downloads/#downloads .
It will remain available there until the next budgetary regulations are announced.

Announcement regarding the statutes of the ‘Interkommunales Gewerbe- und Industriegebiet Heidelberg-Leimen’ special-purpose association on the moratorium on changes to the “Fautenbühl” and ‘Hardtäcker 2’ plots

At a public meeting on 15 July 2025, the association assembly of the ‘Interkommunales Gewerbe- und Industriegebiet Heidelberg-Leimen’ issued a moratorium on changes for the “Fautenbühl” and ‘Hardtäcker 2’ plots in accordance with Sections 14 and 16 of the German Building Code (BauGB).
