The association meeting of the Heidelberg–Leimen Economy Park on 19 November 2025 was marked by landmark decisions for the further development of the association area.
The focus was on the re-election of the association leadership: Mayor John Ehret was unanimously re-elected as association chairman for another five years. The deputy association chairpersons, Mayor Prof. Dr Eckart Würzner, First Mayor Jürgen Odszuck and Mayor Claudia Felden, were also unanimously confirmed in their offices. In addition, the assembly passed other key resolutions: the tendering of planning services for the thoroughfare and the tram line, and the adoption of the budget for 2026.
