This year, the Economy Park Heidelberg-Leimen was once again represented at EXPO REAL 2025 in Munich – Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate and investment. Together with the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region and the City of Heidelberg, the Economy Park Heidelberg-Leimen presented itself to an international professional audience from more than 70 countries.
The discussions focused on the sustainable building materials industry and medical technology – two key areas through which the Economy Park Heidelberg-Leimen is addressing important future topics. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive: numerous visitors showed great interest in the site’s development prospects.
EXPO REAL 2025 once again provided an excellent platform to establish new contacts, strengthen partnerships, and further increase the project’s visibility. Encouraged by the positive feedback, the team is now looking ahead – toward the continued development of the area and the implementation of the next steps in site development.
