The \u201cInter-municipal Commercial and Industrial Area Heidelberg \u2013 Leimen\u201d special-purpose association was admitted to the federal-state programme \u201cGrowth and Sustainable Renewal\u201d on 5 May 2023 as part of urban development funding. The aim is to designate a regeneration area. In order to formally designate a regeneration area, preparatory investigations must first be carried out in accordance with Section 141 of the Building Code. LBBW Kommunalentwicklung GmbH has been commissioned to carry out these investigations. Landowners, building owners, tenants, leaseholders and any other persons entitled to the ownership or use of a plot of land, a building or part of a building are obliged to cooperate, in accordance with Section 138(1) of the Building Code (BauGB).
\nAll those affected, as well as all members of the public, are cordially invited to an information event on<\/p>\n
